My stay at this hotel began with an unpleasant experience. My card has been charged but they didnt get the money. So the next day they charged me again for the same room. And I needed that funds to pay for my next hotel.
The price is above average but they dont provide bathrobes....

A quality hotel in a great location

Great location adjacent the old town, this modern hotel had good sized rooms with quality facilities. There was a large underground car park, which was very helpful. Breakfast was of a good standard with plenty of choices. Being so close to the train station and having a major road outside, we were concerned it would be noisy but we couldnt hear a thing from within our room....

This hotel is conveniently located however the area outside the hotel doesn't feel very safe at night time. I really wanted to like this hotel but it is a strange mismatched place. There isn't really a cohesive theme uniting all parts of the hotel and the customer service was poor. In fact I felt the need to write in about my experience but didn't even get a reply! Unfortunately, I hit my head on one of the lockers there. No safety precautions were taken and the lockers are open to danger. ...
