Location is excellent, around the corner from the main train station. Across a plaza from a key dining and shopping area for the city. Good access, therefore, to trams. Room was comfortable, not fancy, and probably closer to a 4 star minus, but still OK. Good noise control from outside. Bathroom area a bit spartan. Lighting OK. Nice breakfast....

Poor desk attitude

Ref 31704SE007383. Rooms fine, didn't have breakfast. Room pre paid by company but Indian Gentleman at desk on early check-out was very difficult He made a meal of what should have been an easy transaction and informed me he did this every day. He told me that credit card on system was only confirmation. I informed him that was not the case but a terrible attitude and if as he says he does this every day then ...

Excellent Conference Hotel - great room, equipment, business lunch

Wow - I did not expect such a nice and modern hotel I stayed for one night, and the entire next day in the conference center of the hotel.
1) The Room - very spacious, modern, comfortable and large bed; the shower was awesome and I had a choice of shower head and it was easy to adjust; free bottle of water

When we arrived at the hotel, we had no trouble finding parking, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The hotel is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Although we initially encountered a problem with the room, the staff handled it professionally and promptly, ensuring our stay was pleasant.

Good location, poor parking
We drive a full electric car and booked this specific hotel because it said it had electric charging points in their own parking. Oh boy, do they have electric charging points but they are ALL taken by non electric cars, so please dont bother booking here if youre in need of a charge.
