DISAPPOINTING STAY for post Christmas break. Male reception staff distant & not overly helpful.
No bar open. Sent next door to NOVOTEL. NOT IDEAL ON COLD December evenings. When there is a perfectly good bar on ground floor restaurant.
Hospitality tray in room never refilled, necessary to go to reception for tea or coffee . Plus kettle lead did not reach any plugs, it had to be moved to bedside table for use. Healt...

We had a very comfortable stay. The reception - Serxhio and the lady with glasses (I think Maena) - they were very warm and helpful. The rooms were dark and it would be good to have more light in the room. Apart from that we had a great stay. Transport is very convenient....

Great hotel in a great location. The beds were perfect.
Whilst the hotel met our expectations, the hotel lost water supply for half a day. The receptionist was great and kept us informed which helped the situation.
There was another receptionist, his name was Alexious or something (chubbier man). He was very difficult over the last two days and made us feel uncomfortable. His response to most queries was 'no' and h...

Bus 12 brings you right to the hotel door from the airport for 4 EUR (without the need to pay for an expensive 10 EUR airport tram ticket).
Riquier train station (trains to Nice or Cannes) is within 10 minutes walk.

Great stay

We had a great stay, service was very friendly and warm. The team did an amazing job. Easy to get around by foot or the tram. We walked to the castle and to the beach. Just beautiful! The rooms are very well maintained and there was a very nice welkom waiting for us in the room. Housekeeping was also very professional and kind. We will be back for sure....
