One of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. My husband and I now have bad backs after 2 nights here. The room was very small and lacked storage space but clean, and had a balcony. Breakfast good value for money although the croissants rather dry. ...

Very friendly service. Great room. Spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is close to Gare Nice Ville.
We left early so we're not able to have the breakfast but it looked very nice.
Late check in was no problem. We would stay here again....

Good location for the tramway but inevitable street noise. Rooms quite small but adequate, comfortable bed. The bathroom was quite small but recently updated, the shower was excellent. Daily room cleaning was good. Breakfast good choice and quality but the hot breakfast was a bit dry and needed something like baked beans, tomatoes in juice or sauces, the bread, cold meats and cheese where very good. The hotel is attractive from outside and looks in top condition. To go to the reception, you must go through a beautiful restaurant open to anyone. The hall is cramped and so is the breakfast room open to the hotel clients. The corridors on each floor are spacious and clean but as you go intothe bedroom, it is small and cramped. The bed is so close to the wall that you must walk sideways. The bathroom is cramped th...

Perfectly placed hotel easy to get to by tram from airport. A lovely week in a nice hotel good breakfast and restaurant if you want it. Close to sea front by tram or walk through lovely streets of shops bars etc. Super easy to find museums and up to Eze village. Friendly hotel rooms quite small but clean and serviced daily. No kettle or minibar....
