This was our last hotel on a month long journey through France and it is without a doubt, our favourite hotel! We saved the best for last!
Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The rooms, the beds, the pillows, the bathtub, the bathrooms, and the spa. But the best part about this is the people who were here. They are the most warm and welcoming representatives of the hotel you could ever imagine.!!!...

Not worth the money

We arrived at 10:30 AM and were unable to check in until 3 PM. No one contacted us, we had to keep asking at the desk. We were told our bags would be sent up. One hour later we went down to check on them, they said they forgot, so while I was finally trying to rest after a long flight, the bags were delivered. My husband and I each asked 3 times about getting a bathrobe in the room and received various excuses. ...

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Boscolo Hotel during our honeymoon! The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully prepared. The mini fridge was stocked daily with water, cola, and chocolate, which was such a nice touch. This is a very nice hotel with a central location. The rooms are comfortable, although the bathroom setup is a bit strange. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the rooftop restaurant and bar is gorgeous.
A special shout out to Mohamed who greeted us at breakfast each morning with exceptional service and a warm and welcoming smile!...

This hotel was chosen by the cruise company for our stay prior to embarkation. If that had not been the case, we would have moved out right away. In this pretentious five-star hotel, there are no doors that separate the bedroom from the bathroom.
