We enjoyed our stay here. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel since we could walk easily to restaurants, sites, shops, and the water area. The staff was really helpful and friendly. And the breakfast buffet was excellent. The beds and pillows were very comfortable but might have liked more storage in the room. Overall it was a positive experience and we would stay there again....

Very good Location, Very good staff members, they were very friendly and very welcoming, check in and out was very smoothly done with no difficulties. If in the future I visit Nice again, i would definitely stay here again with no doubt. Recommended Hotel!...

Good except the service in the restaurant/bar.

The accommodations and staff were excellent. However, the roof top restaurant/bar was great in the mornings for breakfast but in the evening, service was terrible. Even though the restaurant was never full, service was extremely slow. Had drinks 1 night and took almost an hour to get served. We tried to have dinner there one evening and after 90 minutes finally left because we couldn't get anyone to wait on us or t...

This well reviewed top class hotel is deservably popular from the concierge service to the roof to dinning room however the outside terrace was unavailable during our stay due to the iron man contest with no explanation or compenstion .
Our room overlooked the garage to the rear and the combination of non opening windows and non functioning towel rail (depite repoting it) lead to problems drying clothes and towels...
