My friend and I are pretty picky but we were very pleased with this little gem of a hotel that fitted out budget on bed and breakfast and offered through EasyJet Holidays. We were there to explore Nice, not sit in a hotel for three days. The website photos dont do justice as it has been charmingly renovated. Our room didnt have an outlook but it didnt matter. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon check-in, I was informed that I had been upgraded to a street-facing room. However, this upgrade was far from ideal.
The hotel is located directly across from a busy street with a stoplight, resulting in constant traffic noise. It was impossible to get any sleep, as it felt like I was sleeping in the middle of the street.

DIRTY AND DATED. When we checked in our bed linens were dirty and had blood on them and a few hairs on the pillows like the sheets were not changed from the person before we arrived. No hotel lobby. almost changed hotels because the whole place felt grimy.

Of the few affordably priced hotels in Nice, this may the only one that has rooms with a full view of the Mediterranean and the Cote d' Azur. Its recent renovations apparently included soundproof windows, because it is quiet inside despite the traffic outside. I dont understand why there have been so many negative reviews of this hotel.
We had a Garden view room which overlooked a park but is on a busy road in the City, so there is some traffic noise, but reduced when the patio door is closed. Great location close to the beach, restaurants and shops.
The room was spacious and clean with bedding and towels changed each day. Air con worked well.
