Very convenient and close to many attractions, received excellent service by Stephen at the front desk, walking distance to many restaurants and shops nearby, very nice area on Manhattan. Very good restaurant recommendations and lovely environment....

We arrived early in town for a 24 hour stay to see a Broadway show for my birthday! When i walked in Sam greeted me, assisted me with early checkin and was very friendly and knowledgeable abou the area.
He eventually directed me to the front desk to answer my questions about an upgrade for our room.

I had a booked and confirmed reservation for this hotel to spend the Christmas holiday with my son and grandson who travelled from Utah only to have the reservation cancelled by yotel 23 hours prior to check in via an email stating that the payment had been declined. I did not get a phone call stating that there was a problem and upon checking with my card company there was no problem except that yotel had entered so...

Best things: 1) could store luggage prior to check-in making city exploring easier and more enjoyable, 2) near time square, 3) safe walking and exploring

A very poor experience overall, this hotel did not meet my or my familys standards. The room felt like a student dormitory. It offered no bathroom privacy- the door on the bathroom is not a full door and it does not lock. No in room coffee maker and no in room mini fridge. For the price per night, I had higher expectations.
