Stayed at the YOTEL in New York City for the first time. Had a difficult time checking in due to Thanksgiving chaos but Anajae at the front desk helped us out and resolved our issues in a fast, friendly, and professional manner. She is great!!!!!...

an excellent experience. The hotel is super well located, with great restaurants and attractions very close by. the staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any matter. and the room was very comfortable, I loved the view from the twenty-seventh floor....

The entire experiece was pleasantly surprising! The kiosk check-in was seamless. The room is small and felt...good...being small. The folding bed was really welcomed and the mattress and pillows were fantastic. The noise level, even facing 10th Ave was never a distraction even when falling asleep. One of the best night's sleep in a NYC ever!

Overall, I liked this hotel. The location was good (lots of food choices for pick up or delivery) and it was within walking distance to the CVS and Target in case you needed to grab anything. They also have a simple but convenient self check in and check out option using the kiosk.
