The front desk staff were very welcoming. The manager Mr. Samrat was kind enough to get us an early check- in.
Pillows and sheets are fluffy, clean and hygienic. Mattress is comfortable too.
This was second visit in six months. Will visit again soon....

Another great stay at the Westin Grand Central! My family and I stayed here one year ago - we came back because it was a wonderful hotel. Great location, very clean, beds very comfortable and a friendly accommodating staff. A special thanks to Yari! I said it before and I will say it again- she is a gem! Also thank you to José and the rest of the staff....

Clean, modern hotel

We found a decent rate for this hotel considering it was December. We paid about $500/night pre tax and could not find anything in Manhattan with good reviews for less. Im not in love with the location, although taxis were always plentiful outside the hotel and a subway stop isnt too far away. Traffic in December is horrendous and since we booked shows every night, I should have probably booked closer to Times Squa...

Period December 27, 2024 to January 2, 2025
More organization is needed, the room was not ready at 11:00 PM and we were told by the reception that we had to prepare it ourselves, there was no room service all day, they ask for the full amount to be paid from the first moment of arrival and an additional 50% for security.
Poor and incomplete breakfast (nothing to do with the American one).
I do not recommend it....

We spend 8 nights in this hotel and had a Great experience. Beds are confortable and the attention of the staff was fantastic, especially Fernando and Belco, who made better our experience at the westin grand central. Thank you very much! We will back!...
