This is the third hotel I've tried in this area within the past year, and I would choose this one again over the others. The location is great, and very close to multiple train lines. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The free breakfast is a huge plus, as it is a substantial breakfast. Free happy hour too, with good snacks and desserts.

The Westhouse is well-appointed. We stayed in between Christmas and New Years. The room was spacious and the staff were helpful (during the day) and breakfast was appreciated. The umbrellas were also a treat. The maid staff was also excellent. My only downside was the location was a little ehh and close to Times Square which I didn't realize. Great place to stay! Sonia was absolutely phenomenal. She was one of the friendliest people we ever met. First class service and made us smile every morning for breakfast and evening for happy hour events.

I really enjoyed this place. It almost feels like an all inclusive resort because you receive breakfast and tapas which is more like a dinner buffet! The staff is super friendly, especially Sonia! She was fantastic and made our stay extra special! Highly recommend!...

I had high expectations for my stay at this Hilton property, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment and not worth the money. From the beginning, it was clear that the staff had no understanding of Hilton policies or basic hospitality.
