We had a wonderful stay and both Donna and Armani went out of their way to make our stay extra special! Very special people!! New York is a magical city. The concierge at the Terrace, as well as the service there was exceptional. It has been our pleasure and we cant wait to return!!...

I had the pleasure of staying at the 5-star West House hotel the night before my wedding, and it was an absolutely flawless experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome by the incredible team. Every detail, from the warm greeting at the door to the thoughtful little touches in my room, contributed to calming my nerves and making me feel truly cared for on such an important day.

First time at this hotel. As Diamond member, we received an upgrade to a suite with a living/dining room. Off the king bedroom we had a patio overlooking 7th ave. truly amazing. Breakfast was included and was super nice. Every staff member we walked by said hello was super pleasant and helpful. I will make this my go to place in NYC. ...

Upon arrival there was a small hiccup with finding our reservation, however this was quickly rectified and Vanessa (the lady who was on the desk) couldn't of apologised more, we were then upgraded free of charge to a suite on the 24th floor with views of times square.. the staff within reception area including the door staff couldn't do enough for us. I had such a wonderful stay at the Westhouse hotel. My room was clean, comfortable and elegant.
The happy hour in the dining room was a great touch.
I have to extend my gratitude to both Pagye & Vanessa, they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating- so much so that I have already made arrangements to return!...
