The hotel vibe is wonderful. It's contemporary yet cozy. I loved my super clean, super comfy room, and the delightful shower. (Yes, both were small, but this is what I expect in downtown NYC. The floor plan made good use of the space.) And, top this off with the attentive staff...I'll be back!...

Beautiful hotel, great views, and great location! Staff was super helpful and accommodating - especially Joshua at the front desk. The lobby was expansive and comfortable to spend a little down time in and the gym had beautiful equipment from Water Rower. Well definitely be back!...

Excellent staff, lovely room that was upgraded for me without my asking and it was cozy and warm with amazing views. I card and delicious blueberry muffin was left for me which I had for breakfast the next day. A++. I will stay here again and recommend to family and friends....

The staff is wonderful! Joshua and Brandi at the front desk are both delightful. I also complimented Josh on his sharp look, a styling guy. The room was small (but hey, its NYC), but clean and I had everything I needed. I didnt get her name, but the woman barista who served me every morning was great too! When you stay, tell them all that Rick says thank you agin....

They will force you to pay $200 and say it will be back in your account when you check out, then when you check out they say there is a $40 fee and it is in the hold and they are liars they never mentioned that In short, never trust them never never Zzz...
