Lovely Stay at The Walker

Just wanted to take a moment to say that our stay at the Walker Hotel was lovely and unique. The Walker has a welcoming and intimate ambiance. Along with the room being just right for us, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the drinks at the Society Cafe were a delight. We are looking forward to returning and highly recommend The Walker Hotel....

The hotel itself is lovely, especially at Christmas time. Very charming and in a good location. The rooms are very nice as well, just smaller than I anticipated. The bathroom door is frosted but you can still see in, so it doesn't allow a whole lot of privacy in an already small room. This was our first time staying at the Walker. The hotel was beautiful and everyone was very helpful and polite. We had brunch in the restaurant and it was excellent. My wife and I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway!...

Improvements are needed in some areas of the hotel; however, preserving the elegance and attentive service that has been a hallmark of the guest experience in the past is essential.
Areas to improve:
- Front desk staff
- Room Maintenance
- Amenities...
