Great hotel option

Went for a trip with my daughter and we loved it. It's like a cozy home away from home and nice to come back to after walking Manhattan. Would definitely stay again. Also a great location, it's quiet for NYC but still close to subway. Lots of amenities within walking distance...

good location and decent sized room and got credit to spend at the bar. Also free coffee and water bottles which was nice touch and appreciated. however furnishings need update as tired and dated and unchic. room was not cleaned on one occasion and had to alert staff...

Not Luxury but cute

They describe this as a "luxury hotel" and it is not. The small rooms are not an issue-that is to be expected in NYC. The decor is dated, worn out and dirty.
The heat did not work properly and we were so hot and the window only opened a bit and di provide some cool air. However, the guest above us was blowing their weed smoke outside (I am sure keeping from their room) so we enjoyed that on top of a 70 degree r...

Great location :) We could walk to everything as we wanted. The street itself was quiet but everything was just around the corner. We didn't use any of the amenities that the hotel offers nor did we try the restaurant so unfortunately no helpful info to share. The room was small but clean and so wash the bathroom - the shower had great pressure :) Would defiantly consider coming back....

The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond. When you walk into the lobby of the hotel it truly feels like a sanctuary after the hustle and bustle of a long day in Manhattan. The bar and restaurant are also amazing. We've stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints....
