Really lovely hotel. Great location especially when youve been out exploring all day, very good central location. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included and the menu was good too. Recommend the bagel and the omelette. Staff were accommodating . Thank you....

Just finished a 3 night stay here and could not find one fault- walking distance to many of the sights, spotlessly clean and lovely friendly staff. A special mention to the barman who made a fuss over my children Saturday night- they felt so special. 100% would recommend...

This was a last minute booking for an unanticipated stay. Check-in was a breeze and Yvette at the front desk was amazingly helpful and had such a positive attitude. She thanked me for my loyalty to IHG and my diamond status and upgraded me to a room with a great view on the top floor. I came to NYC for work and had a pleasant stay at Voco. The rooms were clean and fully equipped with everything I needed. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Johan at the front desk. The breakfast was good. We could order one entree with a drink as part of our booking and I really liked the omelette.

This was the perfect hotel for our needs, out all day and somewhere to have a quick drink and crash at night. Room was comfortable with a large bathroom. Charging points on the bedside tables, fresh towels every day etc. The only issue was one of the female concierges. And I am only mentioning this as we found out the concierges are NOT part of the hotel and wanted to make that very clear. She was so rude, unapproach...
