If I could for this Hotel less than one star I would. Checked in and was given what I can only describe as the room Harry Potter lived in under the stairs. The tiniest room I have ever seen, with a bed that felt like it would collapse when you sit on it, not to mention its wasnt even a double it was a large single. Horrible rooms

Room was very small. No shelves or places to put things. Keats in bathroom. Lobby furniture worn out. Light didnt work in room. Ordered microwave two days in a row and were told they didnt have any available. Kept bumping metal bed frames that stuck out. Location was good but value and quality was very poor. Will not stay here again....

Great location just too cold in room

It was very cold in NYC so if you go at a different time your experience may be different but the windows in our room let in a lot of cold and the heater fan was way too noisy to use overnight so we had very cold room to sleep in. One night I even put my coat over me to keep warm.
The location is fantastic but I wouldn't stay here again in winter....

AWFUL STAY AWAY

Great location that's about it 4 ladies in a cramped room no room to move. Asked to me moved they were not interested and had nothing available. Don't be fooled by the lovely lobby area. The rooms are worse than a prison I have stayed in hostels 10 times better than this. Had to put towels around window as so damp and cold as the bed was literally rammed up to the window. Bathroom filthy and in need of redecoration....

Excellent location, good rooms, although it is impossible to sleep with so much noise. They leave earplugs in the rooms and you can't sleep even with that. They should do something about it. The hotel cafeteria is incredible.The hotel staff was very friendly...
