Used to be better
Ive been in the same hotel for 3 times before 2020.
I came back thinking like this is something that I know and it is guaranteed .
Totally wrong!
Not transparency at all, employers at front desk (check in) with terrible English language (I could understand the way that girl was talking) very hard accent! .
No transparency about costs and refunds. (Im still waiting my refund) has been 4 day...

This is a classic hotel, that is in a great location, especially if you are taking the Acela from BOS. Right next to Penn Station. Always good service. Very clean throughout. I would highly recommend giving this hotel a try. Tell them T$ sent you...

I had a Lens filter for my camera stolen from my room.
The accommodation was very average, albeit it was a decent sized room. The Hallway leading to my room was very tired needing refreshed, and the carpeting needs replaced. I would say this has not seen a pot of paint for around 15 years. Far too long for the charges made. Their getting away with it because of the locality.

Great location, central to everything. Only a couple blocks from Times Square, Penn subway station, Bryant Park, and literally across from MSG. Prices were affordable for NY hotels. Amazing guest service, we were able to check in straight away, and security made it feel safe to exit and enter at night. We were on the 17th floor, we were lucky to have a mini fridge and tea/coffee machine, which not many rooms have.

Dirty hovel of a hotel with pokey little rooms. Staff arent helpful as we found when we stayed here recently. Arrived later in the day and asked what the daily charge covered. We were informed that it covered wifi, use of the gym and business suite so I explained that we wouldnt be using any of those and was told this is New York and this is what you pay at every hotel.
