The New Yorker Hotel was great!

The hotel was great! The rooms were comfortable and well maintained and the beds are very comfortable. Centrally located to the city, food and subways. The best part was our hotel assistant, Neida. She helped get us from the airport to the front door and had tons of advice on where to go, what see and how to get there. Thank you for a great experience....

Incorrect booking errors no accountability

Incorrect booking due. By Wyndham representative caused us to pay additional 225 in fees was not expecting no one hotel or Wyndham wanted to help resolve. Hotel has Wyndham name but advised by hotel and Wyndham they are not affiliated. To resolve issues we had to pay out of pocket over 200 dollars in additional fees was not expecting....

First time I've ever been to NYC, could not have picked a better hotel! With so many to choose from, had no idea which to choose while still being affordable. The New Yorker was very clean, great staff, offered an upgrade from the Metro View room to Executive, worth every penny! View of Empire State Bldg was incredible! A beautiful historic building conveniently situated in mid-town so other parts of the city are easier to walk to. The maid service in the room was excellent and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the room could have done with a deep clean to remove some built up (over-time) dust/dirt on some of the fittings. Room was pretty basic, but comfortable so no complaints there. A superb visit to the New Yorker. The staff were fantastic in helping us with a few unexpected issues. Crystal and team on the front desk were very professional. Jose on the door was a true gentleman and very professional in his work. The views were amazing, the food was excellent and the location was extremely convenient. We all throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again. An interesting time capsule...
