Ive recently booked a stay in this hotel from the 17-22 of September, They put me up in a sister hotel for the first 2 nights and then tried to make me stay in a old outdated smelly musty room, they told me I could cancel at no penalty and would be refunded for the 3 nights, which I am still now trying to get back 2 months later its an absolute disgrace of a hotel, scamming a person out of there money, wont answe...

Myself and my husband travelled to NYC for our honeymoon in early November where we had booked to stay at the Manhattan at Times Square Hotel. After booking this hotel (in a nonrefundable rate by accident), we were terrified due to the amount of bad reviews we saw online.

Not the best, and not as advertised

This hotel is nothing like advertised in the photos! Our bath was very small, which was not advertised. It did have hot showers, and they were good.
The paint work was disappointing and peeling from the walls. The bed was comfy, and changed each day however it's very dated and old. When I arrived at the hotel we had to pay $174 dollars tax fee, but we had to pay $200 and we were refunded the rest lots of people han...

Excellent Customer Service in Times Square

We decided to experience Thanksgiving in NYC. The Manhattan at Times Square has nice rooms and is in walking distance to EVERYTHING!!! Additionally, Racquel provided OUTSTANDING customer service. She was attentive to our needs, answered all our questions and gave us tips to get Broadway tickets!!! Thank you Racquel for everything!!!!...

Was so very disappointed in this hotel! We didnt mind that the room had only one queen bed since we were only there to sleep and shower, but the mattress was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood!! Room 602 bed was SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Our included breakfast was literally a piece of fruit, a pastry and your choice of a beverage in a bag.
