On arrival I was tired and asked to leave s deposit of 228 dollars which I was told would be just held on my account. I was travelling with a 3 year old and luggage. The staff seemed friendly opened the doors so I could get the stroller in etc when I got to the floor it did look like a horror film it's really outdated and shabby. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!
this is the worst hotel iv ever stayed in in my life absolutely dirty and the decor is from the 1950s..the rooms are freezing as the heaters don't work properly me & my partner were wearing thermals to bed under our pjs..hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom ...when we checked out we came to collect our bags later on in the day asked if there was somewhere were we could change to so we cou...

Do not book this hotel! Stayed here for 3 nights in jan 25 breakfast included! When we went down to look for the restaurant for breakfast there was no restaurant the breakfast was put into a paper bag in the lobby which was a croissant a peice fruit and 1 small coffee in a paper bag! We didnt bother we went out for breakfast. The rooms a very out dated and the walls of our bathroom was full of hair stuck to them it ...

The staff was not friendly. They made you think they were giving you a special deal from them just for you when they were handing out free breakfast to everyone. Valets were forceful to take your luggage and tip. One floor had no hot water and they were not moving people. Awful experience....
