Over $800 to stay for one night and they are refusing to provide me with a copy of my bill. Absolutely horrible service. They won't pick up their phone or respond to emails or anything. Would give this zero stars if I could. I've wasted so much time trying to get in touch with somebody that I would have rather just stayed somewhere else, even if not as nice. ...

The hotel was in the perfect location and spotless throughout. Our room was surprisingly spacious and was thoroughly cleaned daily by friendly and efficient Housekeeping staff - immaculate and pristine bedding.

Christmastime in NYC is awesome and expensive! That said this hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Not my first time staying here and won't be the last. Beautiful decoration, attentive staff, clean comfortable rooms...but yes they are small. Feels VERY safe and starbucks is attached!...

When planning a trip to NYC on a December weekend we knew we were in the proverbial soup. Hotels are now costly baseline- and in December-only worse. So $800 a night for a nice hotel seemed unfortunately the cost of doing business.
