Thankyou for having us, pleasant stay, very well located, slept very well ( mind you, we were exhausted) No complaints..if anything, a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee would be great. There is coffee downstairs at no charge, which is a lovely touch.
This sounds odd, I know, but apparently no restrooms downstairs near reception, you have to use the rooms..but inconvenient when having a drink downstairs to go...

I have stayed at this property many times over the past several years and I am a Marriott Ambassador. I had requested early check in and understand that is not always possible. However, I was told about 1.5 hours and it would be ready and they would call me. Almost 2 hours later, no call. Very nice hotel! Location ,location, location -close to everything right in the heart of Manhattan. Charming atmosphere you feel it from the first step in. Very clean and good maintained .Our second stay here and not the last one! Definitely recommend it!!...

Great Hotel on the East Midtown out the madness of Time Square area but only 10 mins walk away .
Although nowhere is quite in NY this location is perfect with less noice and less traffic .
East side has some great bars ( Foxy Johns ) and restaurants , take time to have a wonder round .
Room was fine , clean with a great view .
Our only negative is there was no coffee in the room for mornings ,but you could get fr...

Excellent hotel, amenities, location.
One could wish less plastic waste (issue of NYC), for example, hotel breakfast could be served from real glasses and coffee from mugs. Otherwise a good breakfast for a NYC hotel as well.
The staff was welcoming but we dealt with a wrong bill for laundry service for weeks after the check-out and even with proof hotel was unwilling to admit fheir mistake....
