Great hotel! Hotel is in a great location, so close to tomes square, Bryant park etc. the staff were very friendly particularly the doormen. The room was perfect, spacious compared to other NYC hotels and lovely shower. Cleaning was excellent. Overall had a great trip and would stay here again...

Great experience. My family and I had a great time.
The hotel was clean and in ideal location. Also the staff was great, they offer to clean the room daily and offered to have coffee machine in the room if requested. Great location near train station...

The good: the hotel is really beautiful and is probably the best location you could get in Midtown, right in Times Square. We very much enjoyed the Martini Bar on the 4th floor. The bartender and servers were phenomenal. Definitely do not forget to stop and get a martini where they were (possibly) invented!

The best service at The Knick as always. Awesome location and roof top patio! Service at breakfast was fantastic from Lissette, always attentive and friendly! Great server at breakfast and will definitely return. Knick is our spot in NYC ALWAYS!...

I had a lovely stay. Special thank you to Migdalia for making my birthday extra special. I really enjoyed the view from my room and the special courtesy cake sent by the hotel. Top notch care, beautiful amenities and wonderful staff made my stay beyond spectacular. I will certainly be back and will highly recommend this hotel for years to come. Being steps away from Times Square was super convenient!...
