Great rooms. Friendly team. Nice experience. excellent location, so close to Times Square and other NYC must visit attraction. Complementary Bottled water provided on a daily based. Good coffee shop attached for early morning starts. Nice roof top bar....

Great location but some issues

I would love to give this a 5 star review but there were many items in the room we stayed in on the top floor that didnt work. A number of lights didnt work, the blinds didnt roll up and when you turned the bathroom lights on the main room lights would turn on. Its a beautiful hotel and a great location but a 5 star hotel should have everything working....

This hotel is a gem in the middle of time square. Gorgeous rooms, amazing service, clean and so comfortable. I was here for a work trip so location and a quiet place to rest was critical. This hotel met all of those needs and more. We will be back! ...

The staff was super friendly. The accommodations were quite comfortable. Incredible location for Broadway/Times Square/Bryant Park!
We had an issue trying to receive a pkg that we had shipped to the hotel. Checked with the front desk, was told it would be brought to our room, waited an hour and still hadnt received it when we left for reservations we had. Came back and called about getting the pkg, was told itd b...
