Refused entry after taking $600 deposit! AVOID
Travelled on 12/2024
My 19 year old daughter and her friend were refused entry to the hotel on arrival from the UK due to their rule that you must be over 21 to stay in the hotel. They were more than happy though to accept the booking in the first place and also took $600 deposit on arrival before cancelling the booking! The manager was also more than happy to simply tell them to go without them having a chance to secure a room in an alt...

Ball drop view - once in a life time experience
Travelled on 12/2024

Travelled on 12/2024

He was so professional, understanding and patient. Funny thing the first thing we asked him, is if he was a school teacher? And sure enough he said he was lol. He was able to assigned us an amazing room when we cam...

New modern hotel on Times Square
Travelled on 04/2024
We had a King Bed, Corner (Ball Drop View) room (not that the ball was dropping at this time of year.) Great views from on high over Times Square. Quite luxurious feel to the room, fixtures and fittings. Remote controlled curtains. Quite a small room in terms of square feet, but that would be keeping costs down in this prime real estate area. Right over 49 Street Subway station, so good connections to where ever...
