Location is perfectclose to theaters, restaurants, MOMA, Times Square, Rockefeller Center..
Rooms were clean but small. Front of hotel faces another hotel, not directly looking at Times Square, though some rooms do. A few (4 or 5?) blocks from the ball drop on New Years.
Food at The Highball is sparse and expensive$50 for a sandwich, 2 coffees and OJ.

Hotel was amazing. Kessi was able to upgrade my stay as I am a Lifetime Hilton Diamond Member. She was able to accommodate my request for this coming week and made some changes to my hotel stay which brings me back to the hotel. Kessi went above and beyond and provided impeccable customer service. I will continue to stay here during my business travel....

The hotel seems good, but I personally didn't like the front desk, the staff wasnt that receptive or kind. The room is pretty small, but the bathroom is good. The gym has no bathroom which I found pretty weird, however, it is such a good gym. Overall, the location of this hotel is perfect for those who want to stay close to Times Square. It is just perfect....

Excellent hotel, however the food prices are CRAZY! Its a good thing there are so many options everywhere. Bottle water is $14 and right outside the hotel its $2. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is theres no microwave at all at this location and paying $600-$800 a night I would think its doable!...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights,the hotel itself is really lovely and the staff are excellent. Unfortunately upon checking in we were required to pay a $200 per night deposit,which in our case amounted to a block being put on my card for $800 . This policy was not made clear on the booking website we used,on the Hiltons website it did mention a deposit of $100 per night was required. This left the lovely girl o...
