I booked at stay at your hotel from 11/13 to 11/15. The first thing we noticed was an issue with the temperature. No matter how often or how high we would try to raise the heat, it would always go back down and not provide any increase in temperature so we were uncomfortable cold the entire night. I almost hate to rate it so low because the people were nice enough, but the property is so, so dirty. There is a bug / vermin zapper behind the front desk visible on the floor. Everything looks disorganized. Looks nicer online than in real life. If you want to be near Madison Square Garden, then this is a great location.
If you want to stay somewhere along the lines of a Holiday Inn or Hampton, then this is for you. If you want something a little nicer, then this is not for you....
