Avoid this hotel, multiple issues, this is not a 4 star property

Hotel sounds nice but was awful experience for the following reasons, also note I stay in dozen Marriott properties per year.
(1) we called ahead of time to confirm valet parking, which they said no problem. When we arrive in busy Times Square they inform us no valet or self parking, youll have to figure something out. Took over an hour to find parking in busy Times Square area.

Overall, this room was great! Quiet, clean, sufficient amenities, efficient HVAC, blackout window shade. If I were in charge, I'd include a comfortable chair (instead of a very low, hard bench/couch and a chair about the size quality of a hotel conference room chair). Our original hotel cancelled and didnt inform us. We had to book this hotel with an hours notice and it wasnt a problem. Check in was professional and very helpful. We stayed on floor 32. Quiet room. Comfy bed. Great shower. Daily housekeeping. Clean room. Highly recommended....

Ive been staying at this hotel often recently due to great location from the LIRR. Makes the commute from JFK so much easier and fast into Manhattan.

Rooms are small, toilet door issues are indeed well reported already by other reviewers. Cleanliness is a concern, couch and chair in the room are filthy and stained, no way I could use them. Housekeeping cannot be reached as there is no services directory in-room.
