From the moment we stepped out of the TAXI from LGA, Vutha met us with a WARM WELCOME, a SMILE, assistance with our LUGGAGE, and opened the doors to the HOTEL for us.

Sanctuary Hotel NYC - December Stay Review
We stayed at the Sanctuary Hotel NYC for 7 nights in December. The location on 47th Street is fantastic, perfectly positioned between Times Square and Radio City Hall, making it easy to explore the city.

Lovely smaller hotel. Literally in Times Square. Smallish room. Typical of this type of hotel.
Attentive and helpful staff.
Included Continental breakfast was not much(bread, bagels and croissants), but sufficient.
Seemed to have very popular restaurants and rooftop bar. It was brutally cold, so we never went to roof.
All in all pretty much what you get near Times Square for what we paid. Recommend....

Overall the hotel was good. It provided tea and coffee at reception but only from 7am. For the overseas guests it would have been beneficial to have this facility in the room. No one wants to get dressed at 4am to go down for a tea. It would also have been advantageous to show us how the blind remote worked and the air con. We had the fan going from early but froze at night. If you have a bar, let the guests use it. ...

We stayed here 3rd to 8th December 2024, and you can't complain about location.
Minutes away from everything.
Rooms clean and tidy with a definite boutique feel and very spacious. There is plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Always my pet hate when you never have enough!
Hotel reception and lobby is very welcoming and warm. Breakfast served in the dining room, a little bland, but plenty of it.
