Hotel was beautiful and staff were so friendly and helpful, helped us loads. Nothing was to much trouble. Hotel is also amazing and super clean.
Thank you Vichet and CHY you were so lovely and helpful made our stays so much more friendly and lovely. Breakfast was so lovely to and fresh loved the bagels...

we were moved here from a hotel near by that we had booked and read so many complaints about, we were very worried about what we were reading on reviews regards the hotel in question and were dreading our holiday.by some luck for us the hotel pipes burst and we were told that we were changed to this hotel the sanctuary ,what a wonderful place, lovely staff, friendly and very mannerly ,rooms are very clean and brigh...

Rooms clean and comfortable
Close to subway Times Square and easy walking distance to sight seeing Empire state, Bryant Park , Broadway, Central Park etc.

What can I say about this hotel?!
I arrived here at 10.30pm on a Saturday evening (after booking it at 10pm), staying for one night, because I was unable to stay in my booked accommodation. I arrived here with nothing, just the clothes I was wearing and a bag of chocolate. I was in a distressed state and the staff were amazing. They helped me to find clean clothes and toiletries.

Excellent location - right in Times Square. The staff are so friendly and you receive a warm welcome every time you get back to the hotel. Our transfer to the cruise port was late but Vichet was so helpful - he contacted them for us and then loaded up our luggage when they arrived.
They were always happy to provide almond milk at breakfast for my drinks....
