This was our third stay at the Royalton Park Avenue Hotel in the last year, and we will definitely plan to stay there again. All staff have been helpful and friendly, and the hotel and rooms have been clean and neat. We really appreciate the spaciousness of the rooms here! The rooftop lounge and pool area make this hotel a luxury-on-a-budget spot. Swimming outside in a heated pool in January felt like a special perk. A 3.5-star hotel claiming to be 5-star and charging outrageous prices

Lobby staff are ok but the restaurants, including The Ivy and Roof Top Lounge are a disaster. The staff are incompetent and the service is extremely slow and unacceptable. There were broken glass and trash on the floor and tables were not cleaned. After brining it up to the attention of the restaurant manager, his response was "don't worry about it"!
