Having stayed in Riu hotels around the world this by far was the worst. The room was not the best albeit clean. The restaurant was worse than a cattle market, we were there for 3 nights after the 1st mornings breakfast we didn't go again. I understand that NY was very busy due to the time of the year but you are crammed in and the hot food was cold! Staff here apart from the bell boy at the door and the man who took ...

Lovely hotel in a very handy location to Times Square, Broadway, Rockerfeller, Central Park and lots of subways. Breakfast was a big plus as it set us ups for the day. Lovely cafe with great coffee on site. Wish they had a coffee machine in the rooms though as we do like coffee first thing. Front of house staff friendly and helpful with the exception of concierge who was totally unhelpful, in fact rude!...

The hotel is located right in Times Square and allows you to go to any of the theaters within a 10 minute walk. It was great to be right there, and even in single digit weather to be able to still enjoy the culture of the theater without hailing taxis or waiting in the cold....

We had a lovely time at this hotel location is excellent rooms are nice we paid for a delux on the 24th floor. Only critic was the breakfast so so busy we went out twice but would stay there again. ...
