Great from start to finish. Breakfast was excellent. Ask for a room not overlooking Times Square as they are much quieter. Would love to know the brand of pillows the hotel uses....

We were 4 adults with 2 queen rooms. 1920 & 1922.
The hotel is in an excellent area, just a couple of streets away from Times Square and near subway stations.
Check in was quick with polite staff, our cases were delivered to our room.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding with plenty of choice. It opens at 6.30am we were down most mornings by 6.30/7.00am. I would think that the queues would be longer later on.

The Hotel was fantastic. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was varied and of a good quality every day. The staff were very helpful, kind and attentive in all areas of the hotel from the cleaning staff to the staff on the desk, the porters and the catering team. They always greeted us with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. They even sang happy birthday to one of our party! Thank you. Have stayed in Riu ho...

We loved the room and its fold out couch for our family. The breakfast was a great bonus and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage while we walked about in the city....
