This was a first trip to New York and we were really pleased with the hotel. Its location was perfect and facilities likewise. The breakfast was good and there was lots of choice. All staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. It was a really enjoyable stay. ...

Fantastic Hotel to stay at for our trip to New York, only 5 minutes from Times Square. The hotel room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Wide variety of choice for breakfast. Will definitely recommend the hotel to anyone coming to NYC in the future....

Superb stay in central NY

We stayed on the 23rd floor (of 26) which included a private lounge with complimentary food and drink. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas too! The reception team were fast and efficient and they helped bring our bags to our room. The rooms themselves are quite small for the views make up for it!...
