I had a great stay during my recent opera splurge. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and included items such as fresh fruit and sliced meat and cheese in addition to standard items such as eggs and toast. Central Park. Stayed for multiple weeks for work. Sleep quality was excellent, my room had two beds and was spotless and roomy. Free breakfast had lots of above average options and it was delicious. Housekeeping every day was much appreciated and the staff were incredible - they even found an earring of mine that I thought I had lost forever. Thank you so much. Would absolutely stay again....

A nightmarish amalgamation beyond imagination. The dated room was filled with dust, the bedding filthy and unclean, with no signs of proper maintenance. Hair of every possible color was discovered in bathroom and bathtub. A hotel utterly lacking in basic standards and common decency....

We have been staying at this hotel for at least the past 5 years while my husband attends an annual conference. The hotel is part Courtyard and the upper floors are Residence Inn.
The place is clean and staff friendly and professional. The bed was quite comfortable and the temperature was perfect in the room. Wonderful selection of breakfast items.

I stayed for 8 nights at this hotel I loved it. I booked a Grand Times Sq corner room. Huge thanks to Frank and Gen at the front desk who were so kind and helpful and put me in a room on the 60th floor. Wow! The views from this room were unbelievable, its like having your own observation deck. I could watch the sun rise every morning behind the skyscrapers, and then see Times Square all lit up at night.
