Amazing stay and wonderful employees

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Refinery Rooftop. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel and all the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Even when the rooftop was closed, I was offered a bottle of wine by the nicest staff at the front desk. Thank you Bryan for making my stay that much better....

The hotel exceeded our expectations in all respects. The staff were wonderfully attentive and helpful. Special thanks to the reception team for making our check in (in the early hours) and check out so smooth. We loved the roof top bar and restaurant which was buzzy and cozy with great cocktail options and tasty food. The views were very special!

Great in the Heart of everything hotel, rooms were comfortable, staff at front desk and housekeeping were great... rooftop bar, just ok...a little put off at times, but it was really busy and not to mention there was no seating around the bar so people were slammed in trying to get a drink....

Pros:
Great location
Rooftop Bar
Tall ceilings in rooms
Overall Clean Hotel & Rooms
Cons:
Everything was dark. The restaurant, bar, and our room.
Overpriced for what you get. A lot of better options in NYC for less $
Need Reservations to even peak at the rooftop bar.
Both bars and restaurant are only open limited hours....

Amazing service and room. Atmosphere was perfect warm classy perfectly refined. Jazz bar and roof top bar had the best drinks and amazing life Jazz music. Staff was the best. The service put the whole experience over the top. Location couldnt hardly be better. Thank you!!...
