Excellent hotel. Spotlessly clean and very quiet for a Midtown location. Helpful and professional staff and great housekeeping. The check in and check out process were quick and easy. A bargain for the location and amenities. I would absolutely stay again!...

I had a fantastic stay at Pestana Park Avenue! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of New York City, making it super easy to get to all the main attractions. Its ideal for anyone who wants to explore the city without hassle.

Rooms are clean, they change linens every day. the staff is friendly and professional. Location is good, safe neighborhood, just a few blocks from the Grand Central, the Chrysler Building and the Summit and there are quite few good restaurants and food trucks walking distance....

My partner and I were fortunate to stay at the Pestana Park Avenue for 10 nights in late May. We made the special trip to New York City for my 30th birthday and the staff at the Pestana made it the most memorable experience - one I will never ever forget! We loved every minute of our stay there and theres no doubt we will be returning on our next visit to New York City.

The staff were very warm and welcoming.
The room new, comfy and clean, with beautiful lighting, and with excellent use of a very small space. Great shower. No closet but plenty of hooks and hangers to hang clothes and a drawer under the bed! Nespresso machine and round the clock high-quality coffee downstairs! I will definitely stay here again if and when I come back to New York. ...
