Lovely hotel with complementary bagels, croissants and coffee in the morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable with storage space under bed for cases, a drawer at each side of bed for clothes. Good shower with nice toiletries
We were able to walk to many of the attractions from the hotel because of it's location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

This is my second stay at Park Ave and I can say I will 100% come back any time I arrive in the city. I practically met the whole team the time of my stay! They are super welcoming and friendly and make it known that any time of the day they can offer a hand or even advise you to the best places to visit in the city. My boyfriend and I came for a getaway and was greeted by the lovely Raynier and Ruan, both kind work...

Top notch customer service. Fantastic location. Reasonable rate. It was a few minutes walk to Bryant Park. We were there for the parade and it was such a great spot for that, restaurants, and attractions.
The front desk staff was amazing - Jo, Ray and the night crew

Fantastic stay at Pestana Park Avenue! The location is perfect, right in the heart of New York City. The rooms are beautifully elegant and well decorated. The service was exceptional. A truly memorable experience, highly recommend for a luxurious stay....

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!! Amazing hotel, amazing staff, super confy bed and pillows! Super clean, right in the center of New York City! Near times square, we did everything by foot!! We loved everything!! We will be back!!! Super recommend!...
