Our stay was so nice, amazing staff like Enzo who helped us through everything even when my parents siding understand English at all. Great experience! The rooms are not big at all but useful as you are going to be walking all day, also is close to everything you need to visit in nyc....

The staff was very courteous, was helped by Emily to do reservations by phone and was very helpful, the Hotel was very clean and neat, the rooms are nice and the bed and shower were both great also. There was staff at all times and also their morning breakfast was nice...

Its hard to get a cozy experience in such a big city. Everything was clean and comfortable in my room on the 23rd floor, plus it had a view of the city which was nice. What I found especially helpful was access to coffee, water, apples whenever I needed a refresher! Overall it was comfortable and clean. The manager lily made my stay feel cozy, even in the big city!...

When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Victor, who was welcoming and accommodating. The staff is amazing, the breakfast is the good options!
It is very close to TQ! They help guide you and which direction to take. to go to attractions, I would return without a doubt!
it It is better that you have a small breakfast for mornings and helps you control the hunger...
