My overall opinion of this place is that, it needs new management. The potential of this location is not being maximized

The hotel is poorly maintained. The only good experience I have had was the location. The staff was polite, but that is the extent of the that. I do not recommend booking this hotel until the stay is worth the cost. You get what you pay for is a true statement....

The front seat was rude, the bed was so unbelievably creaky that even the smallest movements resulted in a screeching creaking noise and kept us up all night. The room wasnt clean and was tiny. Overall I was very disappointed and wouldnt recommend....

We came to New York for the Christmas festivities at the start of December and stayed at the Oyo hotel. You cannot fault the location and its basically next door to the hersheys store! The room was super basic, air conditioning and heating worked perfectly you could get the room pretty hot very fast or visa versa, but the furniture and decor I wouldnt say is very cozy or comfortable. The location cant be matched - youre a block from Times Square, and a short walk to the Rockefeller subway station. That said, we couldnt hear any street noise which was unexpected. The rooms are very basic, the beds are cheap flimsy quality but I find if youre tired enough and take pre-emptive Panadol, you dont notice. The room is very small, we could only open one suitcase at a time and could only just move ar...

Great Staff. Great location. steps from Times Square. near Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Bryant Park, the Public Library and Central Park. The rooms are comfortable, the lobby is clean. there is always staff available. Great Experience!!...
