We stayed at Hilton Midtown from the 6th January for 4 nights & had rooms 610 & 613, on arrival we paid $400 (£322 english pound) for each room for the security deposit which we were told would be redunded back to my card on check out, we were also told we'd already paid the resort fees & could use them against the rooms as credits for use in the hotel, upon checking my bank account today I noticed only £134 & £133 h...

I'm currently staying in this hotel and these past 4 days have been an absolute disappointment. This location is not worthy of the Hilton brand. Housekeeping has "forgotten" to leave washcloths, for bathing 2 days in a row. Last night , spoke to a front desk manager called Jennifer/ Jessica and informed of the issue. Great Location, Lacking Comfort and Essentials
While the lobby exudes elegance, thats where the luxury ends. The hallways on some floors smelled of old carpet, creating an unappealing first impression.

Front desk registration experience was amazing.
Serena C was simple Outstanding.
