Avoid The Thanksgiving Buffet!

We stayed across the street at The Warwick and went to the Hilton for the Thanksgiving buffet. It was pretty awful!, For $178/person, I would expect an exquisite experience. Instead, it was dry turkey and a long long line. It was very disorganized and messy. Only 3 options of proteinturkey, short ribs, and branzino. Its hard to put into words the level of disappointment. Quick stay ahead of a cruise. Great hotel, as the hotel states, in the center of Manhattan. Easy walk to NYC attractions. Room and hotel is top notch, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay again when visiting the great city of New York....

Just stayed here for 5 nights, couldn't fault it really. The location is perfect, so close to Times Square, Central Park etc.
We had breakfast included as part of our booking which we used twice and was lovely, lots of choice.
I knew there was going to be a resort fee but it slightly caught me off guard when it said $500, however the money was promptly added back into my account once we finished our stay for the a...

All of the staff were helpful and accommodating. They were all efficient and friendly. The chocolate mousse in the hotel restaurant was delicious! Of all the staff I met, Eugenia stood out in the best way! She is at the Concierge desk, and she provided helpful suggestions for restaurants and dessert places. She is known to provide the best recommendations to satisfy your sweet tooth!...

Thanksgiving in NY there is nothing like it. My wife and I had the chance to see our daughter dance in the parade. I have been a Hilton diamond member for years. I booked this hotel 10 months prior.
