Amazing hotel in the heart of Manhattan

I really fell in love with this hotel, located on a relatively quiet corner of Madison Avenue and 38th street. This location is perfect as it is only a few minutes walk from 5th Avenue, Times Square, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, SUMMIT ONE Vanderbilt and other NYC highlights. Spent 7 nights at the property. Rooms are small but clean and Cozy ( well decorated / great showers /great bed and pillows) . Lobby and bar area are chic and smell amazing. Building is not the tallest for City views but arguably not an issue if you see the sights or are there for work. Great location for sightseeing shopping and restaurants. Great Base for Family Trip

Great base for an older family - we had two adjoining rooms which meant everyone had their own space and bed. The location was perfect for getting around on the subway or on foot. The rooms were clean, well equipped and we always fresh supplies every day. Staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful....

Hotel NH was recommended by a friend and I was so happy we stayed here. Hotel was contemporary, staff was friendly and helpful. The Serafina restaurant was fantastic the service was equally as good. I will definitely stay here again. ...

Very nice hotel, great location, nice staff. Small bathroom, but all worked fine. The bar open till midnight, live music in the lobby almost every day. Iron and ironing board in every room, nice big TV set. It is not 4 stars European standard in terms of renovation of hallways, but it is a very convenient place in the middle of Manhattan....
