Boiler was broken first day. Water was freezing cold. Second way the water was cool after the boiler was fixed. I complained to the hotel directly and the concern was noted, but no apology. Was also not allowed to use free drink tokens - either the bar was too busy with a party or the server didnt want to take the charge off the bill.
Marriott Lifetime Gold so have stayed in a number of hotels in my time....

Great hotel! Room was very clean, staff was amazing and the whole experience from check-in to check-out was like disney! We will definitely recommend to our friends and family and we cannot wait to come back soon!! Location is also perfect for everything...

Hotel staff was incredible! Especially Martyn. The atmosphere at the hotel makes you feel like your on an island somewhere. I'm definitely referring my friends coming from out of town to stay at the Moxy. I will be back soon for another getaway. Thanks!...

Excellent, attentive staff. Great location near all the subways and good downtown restaurants. Super comfy hotel very young and fun energy too. You could tell that other people were enjoying their experience. Would definitely recommend....

Terrible!!! Is one word for my experience. It is actually all I want to say because saying more is not worth my time. But the second word I want to say is also Terrible because its how I felt after I left two days before my stay was over. And then I had to find another place to stay. Moxy you should treat your customers better....
