Wonderful hotel close to times square we were in room 905 no view but clean and suited us, fresh towels every day and shampoo ext replaced as needed. Lots of charching USB points in the room WiFi worked really well in our room.
Reception staff were so friendly big shout out to Veronica who took the time to look up subway trains so we could see the Macy balloons the day before the parade (not worth it wouldn't do it ...

Great location!! Easy to utilize the subway. Jose Cancel, the doorman, was EXCELLENT!!! He helped us above and beyond. When my husband left his wallet in the limousine, he helped us locate it for the return. We come to New York every year from Dallas. We will stay here next year....

Decent hotel with good location

Check-in/check-out by Sophia and Caroline was very good and felt very welcome. Even though I arrived early they managed to get me a room, which was much appreciated. They also accommodate a late check-out.
Alain made sure that my stay was as smooth as possible.
I stayed in one of the suites and they were great, very spacious and modern.
The location was very good.
Had a few drinks in the bar, and were helped ...

We stayed here as we visited NYC to retake our wedding photos. I'm writing this review months later because Leon went so above and beyond that I'm still sitting here reminiscing about our stay 3 months later. Every time we'd walk in and out of the building, Leon made us feel like family. The Martinique itself is a beautiful place to stay, and the location was unbeatable for our trip. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff; clean, spacious suite; Doormen / bellmen were always helpful with directions or suggestions (no matter who was on duty); location is perfect and within walking distance to so many attractions (we got plenty of steps in each day!); will definitely be planning my next visit to NYC and staying here...
