Excellent location right next to Carnegie Hall and a short walk to Central Park and 5th Avenue.
Rooms clean and nicely decorated but very small. Only reason its not 5/5 for me.
Paris Restaurant attached served good choice of food and drinks and service very good.
Concierge very attentive....

Wonderful service and experience. I had stayed at the Hotel years ago but took my family for a Christmas vacation. The staff was friendly and eager to serve. The hotel and amenities were clean and everything was in excellent condition. Exceeded my expectations, which were already very high based on past stay. Great place to stay and I highly recommend it....

Overall we were very satisfied.
Positives:
Location is super, feels very safe, two different subway lines when you turn left or right, bus stops a few steps away.
Our suite was a good size, sliding doors really maximise the space.
We had a slim view of the park, sadly reduced due to the new construction across the road.
Staff were friendly.
Room service was delicious.
Negatives:
The hotel is indeed in need of a ref...

Excellent location for us on our holiday excursion. Food in the Paris Bar was excellent and the service as well. We were particularly impressed with Israel as a server. At the front desk Nathema was a joy. Overall we really enjoyed the people. Recommend staying in the first 6 floors because you almost have a private elevator....
