Vijay was super... He was very courteous,, friendly,, and check-in was quick He made sure to remember to incorporate my Marriott Bonvoy number,,, which I had not remembered to include when I was doing my booking. And received a complimentary upgrade. Great stay....

Old and dilapidated hotel. Very dirty. The carpet is stained and smelly. Along the corridors you often see trays of food abandoned for hours the rooms are small and uncomfortable. The minibar is completely empty there is not even a bottle of water in it. The air conditioning is noisy. it is a hotel that should have two stars, the price is absolutely outrageous, for half this money New York is much much better...

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Le Meridien. The location is excellent, the rooms are well appointed and fresh. The breakfast on the roof terrace makes for a delicious start to the day. Hats off to VJ, Lydia and Brian at the front desk who were outstanding....

And by Marriotts, I mean members of the Marriott family. Here's what happened:
My wife and I recently traveled to NYC for our 27th anniversary. We had Broadway tickets, reservations at fancy restaurants, and for the heck of it we reserved the penthouse suite at Le Meridien. Only live once, right?

Nice stay! Bed very comfortable; great shower; very good coffee in the room; nice rooftop bar with great breakfast. Outstanding customer service!!! Joe and his team were fantastic. They even found the things I had forgotten and kept them safe! Thank you!!!...
