For context, I do quite a bit of personal research on hotels before booking, and am generally picky about where I'll stay because it's very rare that I'm able to take vacations. I also don't like to write reviews for privacy reasons.

A warm welcome + friendly faces after busy days in the city!

We stayed for 3 nights for a long weekend from London. We've stayed in other hotels in NYC but the warm welcome was unmatched! Fernando, Will and Robert were so friendly and helpful - we were always happy to see them after a long day in the city! The rooms were really spacious and comfy with great views, and we always felt we could ask any question big or small and get the help we needed. Thank you ...

The visit was awesome my first time and I was unsure what to expect. I was greeted at the front desk by Celine. Her energy great and seemed truly happy we were checking in. She was bubbly and checked us in quickly and went on to give an overview of the hotel and facilities. That was a great introduction to an outstanding hotel experience. Great stay at the Eventi! Urbano, Fernando and Will were amazing and made our trip even more enjoyable! Its great to walk into a hotel and be greeted with friendly, happy people. Its obvious that they love what they do! The front desk staff were also very pleasant and made sure that I had my that I had my tea pot....

We stay here whenever we are in town because the service and location are stellar. I particularly enjoy Fernando and Will at valet and the front door, who are always welcoming and helpful. I also appreciate that I am able to always get a room with a bathtub, as someone with a disability who benefits from soaking in water daily. The services and restaurants on site are also excellent.
