Great stay in central location

I had a very good stay at this hotel in October. I stayed here twice on a trip to New York and both visits very good. First stay we got upgraded to a suite which was a corner room and had a great view and lots of space. Second stay was the room type we had booked and still a good choice. Rooms are a little tired but beds comfortable and nice bathrooms. Check in on both visits was very friendly and quick.

Had a great time the holes was very nice all the employees were great room was very nice and Jessica was so friendly and nice and helpful made my safe awesome I definitely will return to this hotel again because of there great hospitality and awesome service...

Will Not Stay Here Again

We travelled here for business, but had our privacy invaded, were intentionally locked out of our room by hotel staff, and were charged $500.00 in addition to the cost of our stay after being accused of damaging the carpet in our room. Next time we travel to NY, we will stay at a different hotel....

Thankful for the opportunity to come and spend the Thanksgiving week at one of my favorite hotels. There is something very different about the way the staff are trained at Intercontinental hotels. From Spain to Portugal to New York City, excellence definitely shines bright. Enjoyed good food and friendly serving staff. Always a lovely experience....

I am an IHG Platinum Elite member, and often stay at various Intercontinental hotels around the world. My experience with intercontinental in the U.S. over the last few years has been disappointing, as I find the chains hotels overseas superior.
