Great time in a quiet and safe area. One mile walk to Times Square. If youre lucky you will get a room with a view of the Empire State Building; otherwise, you can see it when walking to the hotel. Nice bar with a lovely bartender from Memphis. Youll get a free drink token per night of stay. Bar drinks are ridiculously expensive except for happy hour. Bed and pillows are a little hard. Nice stay overall....

Staff very helpful. room very clean and welcome drinks included would tho prefer beer instead of some cheep champagne. We will come back if we get some welcome Beer the next time ;) Greeatings from Iceland. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx...

We had a blast in NYC. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. The waiter at the restaurant was superb with providing information about food ingredients since all 3 of my children have serious food allergies. Will definitely be returning for another visit soon. Also, the view of the Empire State Building from the rooftop deck is gorgeous at night....

Great location, good service at the check-in and check out, the food and drinks are the bar were good.
The rooms are very small and not updated, beds are hard, we got a city view room and was noisy during the night. Room was clean and overall decent....

Very rundown hotel

This hotel is very run down. The furnishings are falling apart, dented, and stained. The housekeeping showed up at 5pm just as we were returning from our day. The elevator is old and slow. While the staff was kind, I felt like I was in a 1 star hotel. Simply put, this hotel is not comfortable....
