Great stay in NYC

We had a great stay at Indigo Lower East Side.. perfect location just near the famous Katz deli .. very spacious room and bathroom for aNY hotel. Rooftop bar, restaurant and small pool with great views were a real bonus.
The reception staff and housekeeping crew were all very friendly and welcoming..
But the best compliment goes to Milke and Donald from guest services.. I accidentally left my passport, Sony headph...

This is our preferred property to stay at when in NYC.
We have stayed there a dozen or more times over the years and have never been disappointed.
It is a great location if you are looking for an authentic NYC experience.
In addition to great food, entertainment, a cool building, rooms and location the crowning glory is the staff.

A Nightclub Masquerading as a "Hotel"

We were assigned room 1201. There is no 13th floor in the hotel, as is customary. The 14th floor is a nightclub. On the night of Saturday November 16th, that nightclub was already going at 6pm. When we stopped by our room to drop off some things at 6:30, we noticed the noise from the nightclub - booming bass and drums - was excessive. Girls Trip to Lower East Side

Rooms were bigger then we expected. Beds were comfy. Black out shades were nice. Front desk and security were great. Held our bags until we had our flights. Very accommodating. Some critiques - shower over head didn't work and the courtyard was a bit noisey and loud until 2am each night but it was also the weekend....
