Cons:
Room was very visibly dirty, looked like the floors hadn't been vacuumed, curtains were very dusty, and most of the surfaces had finger marks and smears on them. Skirting boards all had a layer of dust on them and there was a build up of dirt where floor met the skirting. Seemed like the bare minimum had been done in terms of cleaning.

The hotel was perfect from beginning to end. I booked this for my daughter and I for her 18th birthday. Anthony, the general manager replied to my email questions promptly and professional and then surprised us with a room full of balloons, petals, hand written card! Thank you Anthony!

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location centrally located to so many great sights! Easy walk from Penn Station, subway line nearby. Service was impeccable, room very comfortable, cant recommend highly enough! A truly exceptional experience in the heart of the city....

This is probably one of the best hotels Ive been. From the front desk to every staff, they were all so welcoming. I also loved that the place is close to everything. Few minutes walking to Times Square, Bryant Park, Rockefeller center and more. Highly recommend to stay here! Cant wait to come back....

Just home from a fantastic 5night stay at hotel Hendricks , great central location with lots of top New York hot spots within a 10 minute walk all the staff are very friendly and accommodating , beds and pillows are the best Ive ever slept on and the shower pressure is great for sore aching muscles from all the walking , I would not hesitate to stay here again , disappointed that we didnt get to go to the roof top...
