Fab Midtown location and warm staff experience

It was a great stay at Hendricks with the staff being so accomodating with many changes. The manager Eugene was great, keeping his calm with my many updates and always finding a solution. Would also like to shout out Brandon, Alex and Ethan who were always ready to lend a hand especially when I had friends over. We are not the easiest! Will definitely be back. Quiet rooms and cozy bed

My stay from check in to check out was incredible! The large body size pillows and soft clean linens made my extended overnight well worth it. I slept so well and it was QUIET!! The room is perfectly designed to access all my things with ease and I had room for all my luggage (I travel with a lot). I will definitely be choosing this hotel again!...

A+ stay at The Hotel Hendricks

The Hotel Hendricks was perfect for my stay and running all over New York City.
It is smallish however it is well designed. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed.
Each member of the hotel's staff was knowledgable and helpful and the rooftop lounge has fabulous views. I hope I will have the opportunity to return....

I stayed at this hotel in July, and liked the design and location. I posted a 4*review here saying that it was good, but I had been let down by a/c faults on the 2 nights I stayed. Hotel said sorry - give us another chance to make it 5*. So I did. Assumed it was a one-off. But...
- day one my door lock ran out of battery. So I was locked out of the room. 20 mins sitting in reception waiting to be let back in....
