Great value hotel in the heart of the City.

Just back from a Christmas stay at home2suites Times Square. Stayed from 20-27 December. 16th floor in room 1612. We loved it! Christmas in New York was totally epic! This is a good value hotel in New York. Overall I would highly recommend.
What we liked about the hotel was-
The energy of Times Square. My son is 16 years old so he loved the frantic atmosphere of the location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Home2 Suites Times Square. It is in an extremely convenient location. We could easily walk to Broadway shows, and to Times Square. The property is very clean. It is extremely safe. The views from a corner room on the 32nd floor are amazing. That being said - the property is extremely crowded, and the elevators are VERY slow, even by New York standards. This hotel was lovely to stay in staff were helpful and lovely very polite,rooms were small but only slept there, as out every day but very comfortable beds and everything you need in a room.had a good variety of food for breakfast and plenty of coffee and tea though out the day.only thing I can say is they charge you $100 a night but you get it back when you leave,but they should really put it on there website so yo...

We arrived late on Saturday night. Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. The lifts to get up to the rooms were a bit messy to be honest. You needed to choose your floor on a screen and scan your keycard and it told you a specific lift to get on. This was a very busy hotel and the lifts were packed so you were waiting up to half an hour just to get up and down. This is the only thing about this hotel t...

We had a stay in this hotel in November while the hotel itself was suitable for the stay the air conditioning in the room kept staying on and when we eventually got it off it became two warm, breakfast options werent great so we only had breakfast one morning.
My main issue with the hotel is the safety of the rooms during my stay we done shopping as we were on holidays and left the purchases in the room unfornately...
