Great location, very old hotel and small rooms.

The hotel is in serious need of a major refurbishment. The rooms were small and sparsely furnished. On the positive side, the staff was generally friendly, and breakfast, though simple, covered the basics. The highlight was the excellent location, and the price was relatively reasonable for the holiday season....

Stayed here for 4 nights had really good time.
Stayed in room 2602 just beside lift room very clean.. they came in every day fresh towels emptied bin and clean bedding.. reception staff amazing destiny was proper lush s asset to your team.
Breakfast was a bit overcrowded but lovely food pancakes.. bagels fruit..
Defo recommend this hotel a bit out the way but worth it...

Not what expect from Holiday Inn Hotel! Would put me off staying with company again!

Other than location there is no positives about this hotel! 1st night when asleep and 2am the door was opened only we had bolt on door then anyone could of walked in! When opened door there was another customer who advised it was staff who opened door! Went to speak to manager who when did find night staff didnt seem concerned and was rude like I was bothering her using her phone! Advised was not checked in and did...

I am travelling around the world and this is the worst experience I have ever had and it is only day one!!!Arrived to check in and after paying over $4000, I was told I was not on their system!!! The room was musty, soon as you walked in it hit you in the face. A strong almost wet smell like must and mold. I paid for two separate rooms one was a king size bed the other was two double beds. The double bed room was really a king size bed and a pull out couch that I paid almost $600 for. After getting hit with a $75 holding fee at the desk after they assured me all fees were included the first time around. The...
