Despite very negative reviews, we went to this hotel. We were made very welcome by Terry, who was very helpful afterwards. The room was more than adequate, very clean. We were on the 15th floor, so street noise was present but manageable. Breakfast was really good, very varied. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room we were given for 3 persons was so tiny that we did not have even space to open one suitcase, we could barely move between the beds and the walls. The breakfast was the worst experience ever. It is the only hotel I have been in my life where breakfast plates and cups are plastic! only 50 guests could fit in the breakfast room whereas the hotel has hundred...

My wife and I were rudely turned away at check-in to this hotel earlier this month despite having a printed, e-mail confirmation in our hand for a 3-day stay. Our confirmation was cancelled morning-of by the hotel staff without notice to us, apparently because our credit card company rejected a non-refundable hotel charge we hadn't pre-authorized. I am not one to usually write reviews but my stay at your accommodation warrants one.
Apart from the location being near sites and train stations, nothing good comes out of your experience in this hotel.
Firstly, that damn elevator needs to be fixed. You got over 15 people waiting in line for one Mesozoic lift that might make you stuck if youre unlucky.

Budget hotel. Great location close to all attractions so thats a plus.
Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Breakfast was poor, no vegetarian options and tiny area so no seats. You had to wait to get a table before eating.
Room was standard, heating dodgy so woke up cold every morning,
Would stay again for location but everything else was poor....
