I frequent NY but wanted to be at a hotel that was close to Brooklyn. I came across the Hilton Fashion district and after calling them i got clarification regarding their amenities, location etc. Beyond friendly staff, accomodat3d my requests, room was amazing and I highly recommend doing inroom dining if you can. I was a loyal Hilton Diamond member for 5 years, but after a positive experience with IHG, I decided to switch to them. However, by chance, I stayed at Hilton NY again and was extremely disappointed.

Great location right in the middle of it all. The check-in was very quick and the front desk was very friendly. Shavonne went out of her way to ensure we were happy with the room. She was very helpful and went out of her way to explain things to us. We even got waters out of it. A+...

The hotel stay was great, starting with the cleanliness of the hotel. I stayed 4 nights and 5 days and they cleaned it every day. The location of the hotel is close to the 23rd and 28th subway stations, 5 minutes from the 230 rooftop and Time Square. It was perfect. They have a rooftop service on the top floor of the hotel with a beautiful view. Highly recommended....

Our stay was great thank to front desk agent Martha. She was very pleasant and helpful. We had a kind size bed and great view from 18th floor. We also visited a restaurant on the ground floor for late night drinks. Nice atmosphere and cocktails....
