Great hotel in a perfect location. Staff are always helpful and polite. Martha at front desk and Zahir are wonderful. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Rooftop bar is a nice touch. The gym is not big but has all the basics to get the job done....

Extremely comfortable room and quiet even on the second floor at the front of the hotel. There was a problem with the automatic light in the bathroom but they sent help immediately and it was solved. In my room, the shower was also badly designed. You had to lean in the door to turn on the water which meant receiving a face full of water. But that small problem was minor in comparison to the great night's sleep I got...

I was appalled when we checked into this hotel and shocked that Hilton lends its name to it. It was Scruffy, the staff were slack and rude with attitude problem and when I pointed out that they had not advised the hotel was under refurbishment they coul dnot have been less bothered. Shavonne at the front desk was so exceptionally helpful when the App and website somehow deleted my reservation. She ensured I had a room and treated us with care at the end of a very long day. Our room was a great size for NYC and we will definitely be back....

Very friendly and personable staff. Shavonne & John went above & beyond to ensure we were good to go.
First thing I noticed when we went up the elevators is that the halls smelled really good, and when we entered the room it was neat and clean.
