Great staff tough situation

First room (double) was too small to fit a pack and play anywhere. Front desk was lovely and shifted us to new king room on same floor, no issues. New room was 86 degrees and wouldnt cool off - again front desk was lovely and got an engineer up to fix asap.
On net - staff is great and doing their best in a medium-at-best situation

Avoid Sales manager Omas as she is the rudest individual my husband has ever dealt with at Hilton

My husband and I were booked to stay tonite for an anniversary celebration and unfortunately I woke up extremely sick this morning, dont know if it is Covid or flu. The Sales manager named Omas was rude, threatening, and condescending in her attempts to twist my husbands words in his request to get a refund in cancelling the reservation. Excellent service and hospitality. Shavonne at the front desk made me feel right at home after a long travel day. Room was clean and restaurant was open and inviting. Will go back again for sure. As a Diamond member with Hilton, this location is at the top of my list....

Arrived at 0800 on a Thursday. The staff was talking amongst themselves upon arrival and I had to interrupt them.
The agent stated my room was ready and if I'd like it earlier it's an additional $25. I opted not to pay for 1)i didn't need the room that bad 2) i wondered since i had already paid for the room and its ready what since does it make to charge me more? Next to piano bar with drums pounding til 2AM

If you want to be able to sleep, don't risk staying here. This place is right next to a bar with live music all night. I felt like the screeching singer and pounding drums were literally in my room. Noise cancelling airpods with white noise blasting didn't even begin to drown out the pounding. It would almost be funny if I didn't have a flight at the crack of dawn....
