the hotel itself was good, not that spacious but clean enough. the location is cute but if you are traveling for a business, be aware, there are certain things you need as a business traveler, but they dont work with you. if you just stay there, no request to make, go ahead. but as a business person for traveling, i will never stay there again...

Hotel is clean, helpful staff, great location but it's a little tired. The aircon units are old and noisy, the plug sockets were all a bit loose which made using the hairdryer difficult. Fine, but in need of a revamp! Personally I really didn't like the bedding - pillows too soft and there wasn't a proper duvet cover....

Bland standard issue

I stayed here two nights solely to use up my Hilton Honors points. A bland hotel with zero personality from the front desk supervisor. Not friendly or personable, nor inclined to want to work in a customer service role. But that's what you get at this hotel. However, housekeeping staff most helpful and accommodating.

Great location - great hotel. Reception was very welcoming upon check-in. Unpacking a car can be a challenge as there is no driveway, but we easily backed into the side street to quickly unload and then parked the car at a partner garage. Questions we had about the garage cost and location were quickly answered by phone prior to our arrival. Rooms are on the small size ( that is usual for NYC) but very comfortab...

Old dated hotel - not recommended

I stayed for business for the first time in this hotel. Very old rooms. They don't do room service e everyday and it's not called out during the reservation process. Toilet was leaking/ shower was splashing water everywhere. On top of that, I'm diamond and the app was offering paid upgrades and when I checked in, no upgrade was offered. Not returning here....
