Michelle is the BEST! She was so sweet, warm, accommodating, and made me feel so welcomed. I never felt that way at a hotel before the way she made me feel so seen. She is truly the best and needs to continue to be the face of this location. She is truly a sweetie pie....

This was an EXCELLENT location. The staff were extremely helpful and so accommodating! Michelle at the front desk was the best. She was so nice and went out of her way to answer any question we had. It was nice to see such wonderful customer service skills at this location!...

Friendly staff and clean hotel!

Front desk staff were all excellent! Melissa and Ibeth were very helpful and friendly. Bag storage was easy and convenient. Hotel was clean, room was spacious for 4 adults for New York City. This is one of the few hotels with 2 Queen beds rooms. Location cant be beat, right by Times Square and Bryant Park. Subway stop very close by....

My husband and I visited for a combination of business and fun. Our stay was 5 nights. The staff, Michelle specifically, was extremely helpful and friendly for the entirety of our stay. This will be our go to hotel for future stays in NYC. It is also conveniently located to several subway stations, broadway shows, and the Bryant Park Winter Village, so the location is great....

Wonderful and friendly staff each time we interacted with them! Location is so convenient to Times Square, Bryant Park, and the subway. Quick and easy check in and check out. Karen at checkout was delightful and very helpful. We didnt get a chance to try out the hotel restaurant but definitely will next trip!...
