Marlyn was wonderful at check in. Thanks for being so kind and helpful to our family. We are very excited about our Thanksgiving trip to NYC. Excited to see Parade and enjoy visiting Santa at Macys. We love staying at Hilton Garden Inns. Thanks for at great check in experience....

As a gift for her 50th birthday, we decided to go in New York and we weren't disappointed with the hotel!
It is located in the center of Manhattan and next to so many touristic sites!
The room, although a bit small was very cosy (a bit of noise during the night, but it's in Manhattan).
The staff was very accommodating and a special shout-out to Tameika who made every worry we had gone in a flash!

Huge shout out to Marlyn who made our stay, from the most amazing greeting upon check in. Tired from our long flight she made the whole process a joy. She is a credit to the Hilton brand. She went over and above. The hotel is in an amazing location, so near Macys. Fantastic views of the Empire State Building from the rooms....

So I just arrived super tired at the hotel and I wanted to make a huge shout out to Marlyn begins the reception desk.
She was so so accommodating and helpful a credit to the brand I spend so much time with as a loyal diamond member.
She made what could have been stressful super relaxing ensuring all my needs were met and expectations exceeded.

All of the staff were amazing and overly accommodating and helpful ! Hot showers daily, clean and convenient! These staff Amy, Kim, Daisy, George, Marlyn, and Janice made me feel valued and appreciated and it made the difference for my business trip because I also got sick after flying into NY!...
