This is a great location if youre going to be in midtown and the subway is only steps away. We stayed two nights while doing Christmas things in the city. Location was great. The room itself was nothing special but completely fine. It was rather expensive but what do you expect for midtown Manhattan. We were only on the third floor, right next to the elevator and had a door to the adjoining room. I thought it was go...

As a Hilton customer, this Hilton Garden Inn was awful. The rooms were small, the bathroom tiles were worn and no complimentary coffee in the am except an in-room K-Cup. Even the Hampton Inn near my airport has a coffee setup throughout the day. For $1350 for two nights, zero amenities. They can't find a bartender for the weekends. Find better in NYC - No Thanks....

We have been staying at the Hilton Garden Inn every time we visit NYC and every time, its just as amazing as the last. This time we had a special person make our stay 10x better, her name is Marlyn and we loved her! She has such a great attitude, is hilarious and very helpful ̈ Give this girl a raise or a promotion! Hands down crushes her job and goes well beyond!...

Worse wait times for Lifts in NYC dont be in a hurry!

The service was second rate lifts in the building basically didnt operate for a week. You need to lug your own luggage up stairs very unsafe! When raised with staff was met with excuses and attitude. The rooms are basic and wifi was poor not a great time!...

Excellent service from the moment you arrive. They check on you through text to make sure your happy. We had a city view and it was great. Very clean and very safe. Stayed 3 nights with only great experience. Once again the staff was phenomenal and very polite with every encounter. Its only blocks away from Empire State Building, Macys, and short walks to Time Square and Rockefeller Center ....
