Great location, very clean and comfortable, LOVELY staff. Beds comfy, rooms aren't huge (but we were a family of 4 in a room, and hey, it's central Manhattan!). Slightly concerning that there are only 2 lifts in a 28-storey building when one of them stopped working it was *mayhem*, tho they got it mended quickly. The Front Desk workers are all wonderful, hope Hilton appreciates them....

$500 per night with no housekeeping or breakfast? AVOID THIS PLACE.

Avoid this place at all costs! Charged $500 per night with NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES for 5 day stay. Breakafast was UNAVAILABLE without explanationduring part of our stay and we were charged one day for breakfast for the same thing we weren't charged for on the day before. Front desk said they would make sure housekeeping would come on three separate occasions = never showed up. Made complaints to both first and secon...

We had a 9 night stay here and we cant rate the hotel highly enough. Keyshawn and Lisa at the front desk were pleasant and very helpful. We had transportation arranged to the Empire State Building and to JFK by them. Room was great, seems a bit bigger than others we looked at around Manhattan. We had a fridge and microwave which is handy.

I will never stay here again and maybe not another Hilton hotel. I stayed here because I was having chemotherapy at MSK the next day and didn't want to drive in to New York City in the morning. After dinner, we went back to our room only to find our digital key didn't work to open the door. I went back to the lobby to get a physical key to the room thinking that would open the door. If i arrange to be woken up at a certain time, I WANT YOU TO DO THIS, like wake UP
2, if i had to pay for breakfast somebody should of told me, according to Expedia it says nothing, So why was i demanded 27.22 Dollars, when on September 7th and 8th there was no problem.
3 Communication Breakdown, Why did it take so long to get me a better room when i returned, i told the previous lady i would not be here at 12.30.
