We stayed here as a family (2 Adults & 1 16 yr old) from 08/11/24 till 12/1124 for our first trip to NYC.
I read the reviews from other guests and seriously think they must have stayed in a different Hotel than this one.
We had zero complaints from this Hotel, staff were all pleasant and friendly from the minute we entered the Reception to check in thru to when we checked out.

Stayed here for few nights while attended a concert at MSG and was literally a 5 min walk. Hotel makes for a good base exploring the city , it is close to transport and can easily access many parts of Manhattan midtown. Nice to have breakfast, while is not something to write a special review about it, was satisfactory and in line with what to expect from Hampton Inn. Plz know this hotel is for when you want a clean place across the street from Madison sq garden on the cheap. It is clean in your room, however, it is old and the bed is quite average. Our bathroom was clean, but as an example our sink vanity in room 306 was broken in half and was siliconed back together. The elevators take forever. The staff was nice. The Bldg is on 31st street and was gross until you reached 6th or...

Perfect for what I needed which was just a clean bed and a shower the next morning. Hallways appear a little dated but rooms are what youd expect from a Hampton. Location is good. Very close to MSG and various coffee shops. I would stay again next time I am looking to stay near MSG...

We had a great stay here. We arrived early and they were able to get us in to a room right away. We stayed on the 19th floor. It was nice because the street noise was less. The breakfast each morning was good. Get there early because it does get busy and there are not a lot of seats. The hotel is close to two subway lines. Would definitely stay here again....
