We enjoyed our stay here in November 2024. The staff were very friendly and courteous, and nothing felt like it was too much to ask. The staff were very accommodating to our requests and for that we are most grateful.
The room was a standard king. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of space in the room, not that we spent much time in it! Bathroom is perfectly adequate.

With hundreds of choices I picked the right one. Right next to the port authority bus terminal, 6 blocks from Penn STATION and hundreds of restaurants we hit the nail on the head. Breakfast was free and plentiful. Great customer service at every turn. This is my 37th time in NYC bravo to me...

Had a great stay. Just a short walk from Times Square and subway lines so great location. The hotel was modern and clean and did offer free breakfast which was a huge bonus - the staff in the breakfast area were top notch and so friendly! Rooms are small but they all are in this city - room was clean and beds comfy after long days walking. The only con was no restaurant or bar on site but lots close in the area if yo...

Very nice hotel in a great location in NYC. I usually hate the noisy streets in New York but high enough floor and on a side street it wasnt nearly as loud. Free breakfast in the morning very typical Fairfield Inn breakfast. Does have a nice bar downstairs as well....
