Excellent location. Close to most sites in midtown. Room comfortable and quiet. Nice lobby with huge bar and lots of food offerings makes for a great place to relax and meet people.
Staff was icing on the cake... especially Justin, Julissa, Corey (front desk) and Bryan (bar)....

The staff really made us feel welcome and gave us great tips on sightseeing and transportation. Super cool vibe and comfy rooms, fun exercise equipment in the rooms, too. Location is really in the heart of it all, but yet our room was quiet and peaceful....

My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I stayed for seven nights, and every single day there was an issue.
Check-In and Security Deposit:

The hotel was amazing! Clean, convenient, comfortable, great use of space and great view ! We will definitely stay here again! The view and location were great! Close to Times Square and Broadway! The staff were helpful and very, professional, knowledgable and attentive !!...

Great hotel situated a short walk from Grand Central Station. Checking in was friendly and smooth. Room was really comfortable and well appointed. It really great base for exploring. Close to subway stations. Lots of restaurants and bars within a short walk ( the Overlook right next door is a gem of a bar). Cant fault the hotel. Clean and tidy....
